COVID-19 Refunds 

We are following the current situation around the country very closely and hoping for a speedy but certain conclusion. While we remain optimistic that our in-person events will go ahead as planned, we will also have the capability to host the conference entirely online, should the need arise.


In the case of COVID-19 associated cancelations, attendees will receive the physical ticket cost less the virtual ticket cost and ticketing fees refunded. Please note as payments were received in AUD, refunds will also be completed in AUD. For international cards, the refund may vary in your local currency as it will be impacted by the conversion rate at the time.

Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to anzmac-2021@unimelb.edu.au. Please note the following cancellation date timeframe:

  • Cancellations by 14th September 2021 will incur AU $150.00 (onsite registrations) and AU $50 (online registrations) cancellation fee
  • Cancellations from 14th September – 29th October 2021 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations on or after 29th October 2021 will receive no refund.
  • Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
  • ANZMAC will be responsible for the refund of ticket cancellations.
